What is concrete resurfacing?
When we resurface concrete, we put a coating right on top of your existing surface to make it look brand new. That means you can skip the hassle, mess, and huge expense of ripping out your existing concrete.
How does concrete resurfacing work?
We begin by thoroughly cleaning your surface, then grinding or shotblasting it, if necessary. Then we fill any cracks to prevent them from showing up in your new surface. How do you maintain a SUNDEK surface?
Our clients are often surprised that maintaining our decorative coatings is easy. The key to easier maintenance is having a sealer applied after your coating is complete. At SUNDEK, our high-quality sealers protect your surface from things like oil spills, chlorine damage, UV rays, and more.
General maintenance includes removing dirt and other debris from the surface every few days or so. To remove debris, you can use a broom, blower, hose, or pressure washer. For stains that are hard to remove, you can use a non-abrasive commercial cleaner. See more about cleaning concrete surfaces.
